We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sea Shepherd gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All proceeds support our mission to protect marine wildlife, so we ensure our returns process is as sustainable and efficient as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our crew receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
